A Caddo Parish man has been arrested after an investigation into an alleged inappropriate relationship with a minor.
The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office says the investigation began Sunday, May 31, 2026, and involves a 14-year-old victim and 19-year-old Tylen Turner, of the 9000 block of Lytham Drive. Deputies say Turner is accused of going to the victim’s home around 3 a.m. while the victim’s parent was asleep inside. The parent became aware of the situation and called CPSO, but Turner had left before deputies arrived…
