SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Caddo District Attorney’s Office provided the following information:
On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, the Caddo Parish Grand Jury returned a single indictment during its session that concluded on the same date.
Jonathan Wesley Rachal, 38, of Shreveport, is charged with one count of first-degree rape and two counts of molestation of a juvenile.
