Stonewall man pleads guilty in fatal head-on collision on Highway 3132 in Shreveport

A man charged with vehicular homicide following a collision between his jeep and a pickup truck on August 2, 2025, entered a guilty plea Tuesday in Caddo District Court.

Joshua Allen Cochran of Stonewall, now 31, has been in the Caddo Correctional Center since the week of the collision on Highway 3132 near the Interstate 49 overpass in Shreveport.

Cochran will be sentenced Sept. 8 after an investigation by the Louisiana Board of Pardons and Paroles. The penalty for vehicular homicide is from five to 30 years in prison…
