SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A fatal crash involving a bicyclist on North Market this weekend is putting a spotlight on bicycle safety in Shreveport.
Seven years of riding around Shreveport has given one local cyclist a firsthand look at the challenges riders face. He says some roads have better conditions than others, and busy streets can create additional safety concerns.
