Blanchard’s mayor says contractors responsible for hitting the town’s water lines twice in a little more than a week will pay for the damage.
Blanchard residents were temporarily without water last week when a company installing fiber optic line struck a portion of the town’s water system for the second time in eight days. The mayor said he met with representatives Wednesday to assure that damage won’t happen again.
