The locally owned PJ’s Coffee on Airline Drive took to Facebook with a heartbreakingly honest update about the struggles of keeping a small business afloat in an increasingly crowded market:
“Everyone keeps asking me, ‘How is the coffee shop doing?’ And honestly… not great. We’re struggling. With coffee shops popping up left and right, we’ve definitely felt the slowdown. And while the girls on our team are doing their best to stay optimistic (and so am I) I know they feel the pressure, too… We could really use a GOOD day tomorrow. Not just for sales, but honestly… to lift morale and remind our team that our community is still behind us.”…
