SHREVEPORT, La. — City officials broke ground Tuesday on a new senior housing development on Fannin Street, marking the final phase of a major neighborhood revitalization initiative.
The Bayou Grande IV development will feature 70 affordable units designed for seniors living on fixed incomes.
