WINN PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Two men from Shreveport are facing numerous charges after authorities say they led them on a chase in a stolen vehicle where speeds topped 125 mph.
According to the Winn Parish Sheriff’s Office, on September 21, they were contacted regarding a pickup truck that was stolen from the TAZ Mart on New Natchitoches Road in Winnfield.
A short time later authorities say the stolen truck was spotted on Gum Springs Road off Louisiana Highway 156.
According to the sheriff’s office, when deputies tried to initiate a stop the vehicle sped off a pursuit began. They say during the pursuit, speeds exceeded 125 mph…
