A 14-story, 293,917 square foot office building at the corner of Milam and McNeil Streets, is listed by Landmark Commercial Real Estate of Farmington Hills, Michigan. The upcoming auction for 525 Milam St. will be held on the Apex Commercial Exchange auction platform.
