BOSSIER CITY, La. — The John Gale Horton Foundation is launching a renewed effort to highlight Shreveport’s role in American music history and to preserve it for future generations.
“So, the John Gale Horton Foundation is a long time coming,” said Winston Hall, director of programming and public engagement for the foundation. “I’m a big advocate of Shreveport’s music history and Bossier City, a really, really rich music history that covers lots of genres, lots of styles, lots of history.”
