Last week, Shreveport Police Officers working an off-duty detail on Marshall Street advised dispatch that a shooting had just occurred at the location.
When additional units got to the scene, Officers found a 19 year-old man with several gunshot wounds to his lower body. Shreveport Fire Department medics rendered aid to the man before taking the victim to Ochsner LSU Health with possible life-threatening injuries.
Detectives responded to both the scene and the hospital to continue the investigation. Crime Scene Investigators also processed the area for evidence…
