Last week I heard more than one person mention the Chuck Wagon restaurant near the Shreveport auto mall, so I immediately put it on my list of places to try.
It turns out that I’m way behind the times. Chuck Wagon Crawfish has been in this brick-and-mortar location for two years, having originally started as a food truck in Shreveport in 2014.
