FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A woman was found stabbed to death Monday morning in the Great Falls area of Fairfax County, according to police.
Officers went to Georgetown Pike near Old Dominion Drive around 7 a.m. for a woman unconscious outside a vehicle. She had trauma to her upper body, and police pronounced her dead at the scene.
