Qdoba Receives $200K Construction Permit for Upcoming Montgomery County Location

Construction is moving forward on Qdoba’s upcoming Olney location, with a new permit issued for interior work at the future restaurant. A permit valued at $200,000 has been approved for construction at 3486 Olney Laytonsville Road in the Olney Shopping Center, signaling continued progress toward the restaurant’s opening. The space was previously occupied by Eco Cleaners and is located next to Royal Bagel Bakery.

The project marks Qdoba’s fourth current Montgomery County location. The fast-casual Mexican chain currently operates restaurants on Tech Road in Silver Spring, Rollins Avenue in Rockville, and at the Rock Grove shopping center in Gaithersburg. Qdoba Mexican Eats is known for its customizable menu, allowing customers to build their own burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos, and salads with a variety of proteins, rice, beans, and toppings.
