Maryland school employee accused of recording girls in high school dressing room

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A man who worked for the Montgomery County Public Schools system in Maryland has been arrested after police said he recorded underage students inside a high school changing room.

According to the Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD), James Mulhern III, 43, of Clarksburg, faces a charge of sex abuse of a minor.
