BOYDEN, Iowa (KTIV) – A Lyon County man is facing several charges, including third-degree kidnapping in Sioux County.
On Thursday, July 9, court documents state that 25-year-old Joseph Haack of Inwood, Iowa, was arrested for an incident that took place the day before, July 8.
The same court documents state that Haack began to threaten a woman if she did not go with him. The arrest affidavit states that Haack forced the woman into his vehicle and began to drive away against her will.
According to KTIV’s news partner, KIWA Radio, Haack threatened to harm the woman’s children if she didn’t go with him. KIWA also says Haack is accused of telling the woman he was going to kill her, assaulting her, and not letting her out of his car…
