I SAW YOU
GRANDDAD AT THE PARK (SOUTH HILL) You were at the playground with six grandchildren and some help. I thought you seemed patient, kind, and handsome.
TO THE REGULAR WITH THE FLIRTY EYES: Seeing you always brightens my day. I always notice that look you give over your shoulder when you walk away. I saw you on Tuesday while my coworker was helping you, but we only got to trade a quick hello and a smile. I don’t get to see you very often, and I really wish I had stopped what I was doing at that moment and finally asked you out. I don’t know if you’re already involved with somebody, but if you’re not I’d love the chance to actually sit down and get to know you over some coffee or something. If you see this and feel the same way, let me know next time you come in. If not, that’s totally fine. It was great to see you. -The Weed Store Guy
CHEERS
ROSAUERS PHARMACY: Due to the closure of the VA hospital, I found that the Rosauers at Five Mile can help with filling prescriptions. All they require to fill a prescription is the original container or a prescription. They were extremely helpful in getting my prescriptions filled at no cost. A great team that needs to be applauded.
CHEERS TO ROD FOR NEVER GIVING UP: Cheers to Rod B. for refusing to bow, back down, or stay quiet in a system riddled with corruption. While others have walked away or stayed silent, he stands alone — and is still standing. That takes real courage. Rod, your fight is seen, your integrity is respected, and you have support even when it feels like you’re fighting by yourself. Don’t give up. The system may be broken, but people like you are what force it to change…
