SPOKANE, Wash. — Federal prosecutors are considering whether to add charges against Aaron Farinacci, the man accused of starting the Old Trails Fire.
The fire destroyed more than 600 structures earlier this month, most of them being homes. It spread quickly after it started, then jumped the Spokane River.
