SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — County officials are taking a closer look at the possibility of bringing back the inmate work crew program.
Officials found that the program would cost about $730,000 each year to run. Previously, the program brought in about $130,000 in revenue, leaving a gap of approximately $600,000.
