SPOKANE, Wash. — The family of a man killed in a hit-and-run in North Spokane plans to hold a community fundraiser to honor his memory and plan his funeral.
Justin LaBrie’s sister, Heather, says he was a wonderful brother and will be deeply missed. Right now, Heather says her family is planning a community fundraiser to try and help her and others close to Justin.
