Seymour, Mo., overpass project included in Gov. Kehoe’s restricted budget

SEYMOUR, Mo. (KY3) – A proposed overpass over U.S. 60 in Seymour is among several projects included in Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe’s restricted budget.

The $6.4 million project would connect North Main Street to West Loren Street, providing drivers with an alternate route across the highway.

Community pushes for safer crossing

Residents say the two existing lighted intersections along Highway 60 pose serious dangers. Seymour is divided by the highway, meaning crossing town requires crossing the road.
