SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – During the 2026 Point-in-Time count, the Institute for Community Alliance found there are now 519 homeless people in Springfield.
That’s down from 588 in 2025.
“Permanent supportive housing is the answer to solving homelessness,” said Eden Village co-founder David Brown.
