SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Two Springfield agencies worked together to rescue a man after receiving notice of an individual stuck in a storm drain on Sunday, July 19.
Lieutenant Michael Ramsey with Springfield Police tells Ozarks First that officials responded around 5:49 p.m. near the intersection of Market and Lombard for the incident.
Law enforcement reports that they found the man who was unable to get out of the storm drain.
