SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — An Illinois man is facing felony charges in Greene County after police say he allegedly assaulted a local woman, tried to hold her against her will and broke into her home.
Kaper Ken Jones Stuckey, born in 2003, of Charleston, Illinois, is charged with first-degree kidnapping, a Class A felony, and first-degree burglary, a Class B felony, according to online court dockets.
