Third person in 2024 Stone County child trafficking sting sentenced

STONE COUNTY, Mo. — A third person has been sentenced in a 2024 human trafficking sting in Stone County following a bench trial on May 13, 2026.

Nayib Saldana of Little Rock, Arkansas, was found guilty of second-degree attempted sex trafficking of a child. He was sentenced to four years in state prison, but the judge suspended the execution of the sentence, giving him five years of probation.

Saldana was one of four men charged after they all responded to sexually explicit ads online created by law enforcement, which claimed to be young girls from ages 14 to 17, as part of a sting operation…
