STONE COUNTY, Mo. — A boat dock and several boats were burned in an overnight fire on Table Rock Lake near Blue Eye.
According to the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District (SSCFPD), reports came in about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, and units responding found the dock and multiple nearby boats fully engulfed in flames.
Crews moved the boats caught in the fire to the shoreline for ground units to extinguish them safely, the district said in a Facebook post. Fire boat crews and ground crews successfully brought the dock fire under control.
