These carjackers in Illinois aren’t just your normal run-of-the-mill dumb criminals doing stupid crimes, they possibly could be the worst car thieves ever. I’ve talked about it several times when discussing dumb criminals committing stupid crimes. First of all, the suspects aren’t making good choices by breaking the law. Most of them didn’t do well in school. That doesn’t make a great combination. That’s why they end up in jail. It almost seems like they need some sort of training program like Crime 101 or something similar.
