Kentucky House Agriculture Committee Chairman Myron Dossett says farmers need to be cautious when using dyed diesel fuel in vehicles that operate on roadways.
Dossett says while the executive order signed earlier this week by Governor Andy Beshear had good intentions, he says is concerned about the tax issues that could arise on the federal level.
