STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — An 18-year-old man and a juvenile accomplice allegedly robbed a Rosebank nail salon and assaulted a female worker, according to sources.
Thimothy Moe of Chestnut Avenue in Rosebank and the minor were arrested for the incident that occurred at Luna’s Design nail salon at 1140 Bay St. on July 14 at about 4 p.m., according to the criminal complaint and police.
