STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege that a 63-year-old man stole over $42,000 in high-end merchandise during a burglary at a store in Charleston.
Peter Koch, 63, of Trina Lane in Charleston, was arrested in August for the burglary that occurred on April 1 at 585 Veterans Road West near Arthur Kill and Bloomingdale roads in Charleston, according to the criminal complaint and a law enforcement source.
