STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Staten Island man is facing multiple charges after three young children were allegedly left alone inside a parked vehicle for about 10 minutes, according to a criminal complaint filed in Richmond County Criminal Court, St. George.

Kisher Freeman, 60, an NYPD police administrative aide, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of reckless endangerment in connection with the Aug. 30 incident, according to the complaint.
The incident occurred at about 12:30 p.m. in front of 1509 Forest Ave., according to the complaint.
