Concerns about unsafe driving have surfaced across the borough, particularly along busy streets, such as Hylan Boulevard. Previous Advance/SILlive.com reporting has highlighted complaints about dangerous behavior on the boulevard, with drivers and residents calling attention to roadway safety.
Residents in other parts of Staten Island have also raised concerns about aggressive drivers, heavy traffic and difficult roadway conditions.
