Vehicle Slams Into New York Home in Multi-Car Accident, Leaves Two FDNY Members Hurt
A gray Porsche sedan ended up inside the side of a South Beach home Tuesday morning after a two-car collision sent it flying across a front yard and straight into the wall of a residential house.
Two people were taken to the hospital. The home was flagged for a structural stability inspection. And a neighborhood corner lot became a crash scene in seconds.
The Crash That Started on the Street and Ended in a Home
It happened just before 11 a.m. near the intersection of Hickory and Foch avenues. According to a neighbor at the scene, the two vehicles collided at that intersection, and the impact did the rest.
The gray Porsche sedan crossed the yard of a corner home and struck the side of the house at 80 Foch Ave., hitting near a ground-level window. The driver’s side doors had been completely removed from the Porsche. Airbags in both vehicles had deployed…
