A 14-year-old boy is facing a number of charges connected to a frightening attack on a delivery woman in Staten Island.
The unidentified minor was arrested Monday morning after he allegedly pistol-whipped and raped the 37-year-old victim on Sept. 9. Police sources said the woman was delivering a package to NYCHA’s Berry Houses in Dongan Hills.
