STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating an incident where a man was injured when a Pepsi pallet overturned outside a New Springville store on April 11.
The incident was reported just after 8 a.m. at Target at 2873 Richmond Ave., an FDNY spokesperson told Advance/SILive.com.
