(FOX40.COM) — Cal/OSHA is investigating the death of a man who was crushed by a forklift at a warehouse in Modesto.
The Modesto Fire Department said crews responded to reports of a person who fell from an industrial warehouse lift around 4:43 p.m. on May 7 in the 600 block of Mariposa Road.
