Update at 1:18 p.m.: PG&E reports that the power has been restored to all 323 customers impacted by a 10:22 a.m. outage in the Wallace area of Calaveras County. No cause was disclosed. The outage stretched along Camanche Parkway on the south shore of Camanche Reservoir north of Highway 12.
