SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The New York State Police is looking for the public’s help to find a fraud suspect.
A person was observed making alleged fraudulent withdrawals from a victim’s credit card at an ATM at Walgreens on James Street in Syracuse in July 2025, according to a statement from the state police.
