SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Criminal charges have been filed against the father of an 11-year-old sixth grader who died from a fentanyl overdose in Syracuse.
Jeremy DeGonzaque, 42, is charged with criminally negligent homicide and criminal contempt. His son, Ashton, was found dead on March 7, 2024.
