SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Police Department arrested a man in connection with a homicide on Lemoyne Avenue.
The police department charged Shawuan Boatright, 18, with murder in the second degree for the death of Tyrone Stanley, 38. Both men are from Syracuse. Boatwright is also facing a criminal weapons charge for the crime.
