Auburn woman arrested after cocaine found during searches, police say

AUBURN, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A Cayuga County woman is facing a couple felony charges after authorities allegedly found cocaine thanks to executing search warrants.

The Auburn Police Department said in a statement that members of the Finger Lakes Drug Task Force detained 39-year-old Ashley Gordon outside of the Cayuga Inn at the Finger Lakes, 37 William St., on May 27.

Search warrants were executed on Gordon and her residence. A “quantity of cocaine” was discovered and seized during the searches, the statement said. A room at the inn was listed as Gordon’s address, according to a May 28 daily arrest report from Auburn police…
