SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A few local business owners told state directors managing the Interstate 81 Viaduct Project that road work has threatened to hurt their businesses.
Workers reshaping the stretch of I-81 that goes through Syracuse have begun work on the project’s second phase, a $2.1 billion effort.
