SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse University is receiving $1.5 million from New York State to replace windows at the Hall of Languages on campus.
The measure is part of a larger $42.6 million Higher Education Capital Matching Grant Program (HECap), awarded to 32 projects across nine colleges in New York as part of Governor Kathy Hochul’s effort to help strengthen higher education campuses. Projects awarded under the HECap include support for modernized learning spaces, critical infrastructure upgrades, and workforce training expansion.
