CICERO, N.Y. — Eight people were displaced in Cicero after a fast-moving fire destroyed an entire eight-unit apartment building off Griffin Drive, with neighbors saying flames spread within minutes.
Neighbors said they had just sat down outside when they noticed flames coming from a porch. John Sobotka Jr., who lives next door, said the fire escalated almost immediately.
