SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Police Department announced that it arrested a man in connection with a serious stabbing on Tuesday morning.
The police department said it charged Shawn Benasaraf, 40, of Syracuse, with assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree for the incident.
