Westcott Street Cultural Fair Returns For 2026

The Westcott Street Cultural Fair is back for 2026. Taking place on Sunday September 27, the street fair is offering a huge variety of music, activities, and fun for kids. The festival will take place from 12:30pm to 6:30pm along the 500 block of Westcott street, with a parade at noon.

Since 1991, the street fair has been held annually to celebrate the diverse community of the Westcott neighborhood. Food, arts, organizations, and music have become a popular attraction that brings thousands of visitors to the festival. In doing so, it strengthens the community of Westcott together for a day of cultural celebration.

This year’s festival will see over 140 booths lining the streets. Some vendors will be selling merchandise, including jewelry, clothing, candles, soaps, and more. Some booths will also consist of organizations, non-profits, and government agencies reaching out to the community and advocating for important issues.

Petit Branch Library, which serves the Westcott community, will also be at the street festival. For the month of September, the library is displaying memorabilia from the past 30 years of the Westott Street Cultural Fair. Visitors can come and look at the history of the fair with valuable items to see…
