SENNETT, N.Y. — The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office charged an inmate for throwing urine at staff.
The sheriff’s office said on July 22, while David M. O’Brien, 53, of Baldwinsville, was incarcerated at the Cayuga County Jail, he became disruptive with staff. The office said he threw a cup of toilet water contaminated with urine at deputies. Multiple deputies were hit with the urine, the office said.
The office also said O’Brien also broke a meal tray and threated to use a broken piece of it to hurt deputies. Both alleged incidents stemmed from the same encounter…
