SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – The NYSDOT is letting drivers know that there will be lane closures related to the I-81 Viaduct project coming up in February. Starting Monday, Feb. 5, through Friday, Feb. 9, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., the East Seneca Turnpike in Syracuse will be reduced to a single lane within the areas of I-81 bridges over the turnpike.
