NEW YORK STATE FAIRGROUNDS (WSYR-TV) — The oldest sportsman’s expo in the Northeast has returned to the New York State Fairgrounds.

The New York Sportsman’s Expo is going on this weekend, Jan. 26-28, featuring the latest in hunting, fishing and all sorts of outdoor gear.
This year, the expo is bigger than ever as it added an extra 14,000 square feet.
“We added 14,000 square feet, which is gigantic, and we fill it quick. On top of that, another 20 vendors on top of what we had last year. The growth is just crazy,” said Norm Wightman, promoter for the New York Sportsman’s Expo.
