Salina, N.Y. – A driver of a box truck that hit the Onondaga Lake Parkway bridge on Thursday told deputies he “didn’t see” the warning signs leading up to the bridge, according to a sheriff’s office spokesperson.
The parkway has more than 50 signs, warnings and countermeasures in both directions that attempt to alert truck drivers to the low bridge.
